Foliopress is currently presented as an early access product. Website descriptions, planned availability, and product behavior may change before public release.

Submitting a request for access does not guarantee access to a build, testing slot, support response, or release timeline.

Foliopress is designed around bring-your-own-key provider access. You are responsible for your provider accounts, API keys, model settings, usage limits, and any provider costs.

Generation requests are sent to the provider you configure. Those requests are governed by the selected provider's terms, policies, pricing, and service availability.

Foliopress stores app data locally on your machine. You are responsible for backing up your files, exported styles, generated artwork, and local app data.

The website does not provide hosted sync, hosted generation storage, or account recovery for local app data.

The website and early access materials are provided as-is. Foliopress may contain bugs, incomplete features, or behavior that changes between builds.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gedank Rayze disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Use Foliopress at your own discretion. Gedank Rayze is not responsible for provider charges, lost data, lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the website or early access software.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
